Speaker 1: water content of the planet's interior, a crucial indicator of
Speaker 1: its past conditions. The findings paint a stark picture of
Speaker 1: Venus's history. By analyzing volcanic gases in the planet's atmosphere,
Speaker 1: scientists discovered that Venusian eruptions contain no more than six
Speaker 1: percent water vapor, a dramatic contrast to Earth's volcanic emissions,

Speaker 1: high throughput broadband communication services, with a particular focus on
Speaker 1: serving customers in Indonesia. This technological advancement not only showcases
Speaker 1: China's growing expertise in satellite technology, but also represents a
Speaker 1: significant step forward in making space based communications more accessible
Speaker 1: and sustainable. This successful deployment adds China to a select
Speaker 1: group of nations capable of developing and operating all electric
Speaker 1: propulsion satellites, marking another significant milestone in the ongoing evolution
Speaker 1: of space technology. Space launch activities are reaching a fever
Speaker 1: pitch this week, with an impressive lineup of ten orbital
Speaker 1: launches planned. SpaceX is leading the charge with an ambitious
Speaker 1: schedule of five Falcon nine launches in just five days,
Speaker 1: showcasing the company's remarkable launch cadence capabilities. Four of these
Speaker 1: SpaceX missions will be dedicated to expanding their stars Link
Speaker 1: satellite constellation, while the fifth will carry SXM nine, a
Speaker 1: digital audio radio satellite for seriousxm These launches will take
Speaker 1: place from both coasts of the United States, utilizing launch
Speaker 1: facilities in California and Florida. China is maintaining its strong
Speaker 1: presence in space activities with three launches scheduled this week.
Speaker 1: While details about some of these missions remain classified, we
Speaker 1: know they'll be using various vehicles from their long March
Speaker 1: rocket family, including their newer Kwaijo one, a quick reaction vehicle.
Speaker 1: The European space sector has two particularly noteworthy launches on
Speaker 1: the schedule. The first involves India's PSLV XCEL rocket carrying
Speaker 1: a pair of European spacecraft designed for solar observation. The
Speaker 1: second is the much anticipated launch of the Sentinel one
Speaker 1: s radar satellite aboard a Vegas Sea rocket from French Guiana,
Speaker 1: a mission that has faced significant delays following a launch
Speaker 1: failure last year. Russia is also joining the launch lineup
Speaker 1: with a planned Soyuz mission from their Placetsk Cosmodrome carrying
Speaker 1: a military satellite designated as Cosmos twenty five to eighty.
Speaker 1: This launch had been previously delayed, but is now scheduled
Speaker 1: to proceed this week, adding to the week's activities SpaceX's
Speaker 1: CRS thirty one cargo Dragon spacecraft is scheduled to depart
Speaker 1: from the International Space Station and return to Earth via splashdown.
Speaker 1: Once recovered, this vessel will be refurbished for future cargo
Speaker 1: missions to the station, demonstrating the ongoing benefits of reusable

Speaker 1: one hundred and three miles of Mercury's surface, this latest
Speaker 1: flyby occurred at a much greater distance, approximately two hundred
Speaker 1: times farther out. Despite the increased distance, BEPI Colombo managed
Speaker 1: to capture another striking image of Mercury standing alone against
Speaker 1: the darkness of space. This flyby was particularly significant as
Speaker 1: it marked the first use of the Probe's Mercury Radiometer
Speaker 1: and Thermal Infrared Spectrometer, known as MYRTIS. This sophisticated instrument
Speaker 1: is designed to measure the planet's surface temperature and composition,
Speaker 1: helping scientists identify the types of minerals present on Mercury,

Speaker 1: November twenty twenty six. Once there, the spacecraft will split
Speaker 1: into two separate orbiters, Issa's Mercury Planetary Orbiter and Jacksa's
Speaker 1: Mercury Magnetospheric Orbiter, with sixteen different scientific instruments to study
Speaker 1: this mysterious world. The probe has been using a series
Speaker 1: of carefully planned planetary flybys since twenty twenty, utilizing the
Speaker 1: gravity of Earth, Venus, and Mercury to gradually adjust its trajectory.
Speaker 1: After successful passes of Earth and Venus and previous Mercury
Speaker 1: encounters in twenty twenty one, twenty twenty two, and twenty
Speaker 1: twenty three. The probe now has just one more Mercury
Speaker 1: fly by remaining scheduled for January eighth, twenty twenty five,
Speaker 1: before it begins its final approach to establish orbit around
